Dried Mushroom

Dried mushrooms are mushrooms that are harvested from the forests during the rainy season in Zambia. The commonly harvested is known as Amanita Zambiana locally known as Ndelemia or Tente depending on which province it has been harvested from. They are a good source of minerals and vitamins.

Uses

It is used as a relish taken either with nshima, rice, or potatoes.
